Order Modifications or Cancellation
Once your order is placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer support team for any changes — including address updates, order modifications, or cancellations.
After 12 hours, your order will move into fulfillment and can no longer be changed or canceled. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible, and our team will gladly assist you.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
We work hard to ensure every order meets our quality standards, but mistakes can occasionally happen—and we sincerely apologize if this affects your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at ufmzw720899@atminmail.com within 7 days after the order was received, including your order number and a clear photo of the affected item(s). Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement right away. Please note that if more than 90 days have passed since your order was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange, even for faulty or damaged items. For faulty or defective items there is no return cost to you.
Normal wear and tear, rust, damage, breakage, or other similar problems resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, product modification, accidents, loss, or theft are not covered under our warranty. We assume all responsibility for compensation and after-sales repair services.
Order Not Received
If you have not received your order within 20 business days of placing your order, please contact ufmzw720899@atminmail.com, and we will process your request as soon as possible.
Important Note: To prevent delivery issues due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address information, we verify shipping information with each customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after you place your order.
If delivery fails because the recipient is not home during delivery, we will take responsibility and contact the buyer again.
If your order tracking information shows “Delivered,” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier for assistance.
Customs Duties
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information on the customs policies applicable to your country. We are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes.
If a package is undeliverable for any reason (including the customer refusing to pay customs duties), we are responsible for the return shipping costs or retrieving the goods, and the order will not be eligible for a refund. We will handle all claims and all customs duties/fees incurred during shipping.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 90 days – if more than 90 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we provide free return labels.
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want the order, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if your item is defective or damaged, we will also process the return for you free of charge.

Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team at ufmzw720899@atminmail.com for return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or not processed.
